The Vietnamese Association, Toronto provides a number of free settlement services for eligible newcomers under IRCC funding in eight languages: English, French, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Mandarin, Cantonese, Tibetan and Hindi .

ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE NEW CHAIR OF 

THE VIETNAMESE ASSOCIATION OF TORONTO (Effective 10 Oct 2026)

At the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Vietnamese Association of Toronto (VAT) held on October 10, 2026, following the completion of the incumbent Chair’s term, a new Chair was elected in accordance with the Association’s bylaws, with overwhelming support from the Board.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Mr. Vu Quoc Hung for his ten years of dedicated service to the Association, both as a Board member and as Chair.
