Board of Directors and Advisors – Vietnamese Association, Toronto (VAT)
Term 2025–2026

The Vietnamese Association, Toronto (VAT), is pleased to announce that for the 2025–2026 term, its Board of Directors and Board of Advisors consist of a distinguished group of individuals with expertise spanning science, the arts, technology, business, accounting, journalism, military service, social work, and law. Each member is deeply committed to contributing to the continued growth and advancement of our community.

The Board of Directors includes 14 members elected by the general membership at the 2024 and 2025 Annual General Meetings:

1.  Executive Committee

·         Ms Han Thi Trinh – Vice Chair, External Affairs

·         Ms. Nga Bich Duong– Vice Chair, Internal Affairs

·         Ms Tram Thi Bui – Treasurer

Board of Advisors
The Board of Directors has also appointed the following five individuals to the Board of Advisors in recognition of their extensive knowledge and long-standing community engagement:

·         Mr. Vien Van Chu

·         Mr. Ky Huu Nguyen

·         Mr. Trang Tang Nguyen

·         Mr. Tan Van Nguyen

·         Mr. Thuy Van Pham

To strengthen operational capacity in response to the Association’s growing activities, the Board has appointed Mr. Henry Hung Thai as Assistant Executive Director to support Mr. Mark Manh Nguyen, the current Executive Director, in the effective coordination and delivery of community programs.

Support VAT's community programs and services by becoming a member today. VAT is always welcoming new members. Honorary Members are Friends and Guests who have contributed to the development of the VAT and are selected by the Board of Directors.

NOTICE: Non-regular members and Honorable members do not have the right to run or nominate an individual for any position on the Board of Directors.
