• Why: This workshop is to help clients that are preparing for their citizenship test. Since the citizenship test has been updated last year, most clients feel that it would be more challenging to pass the test. This class will provide information and pre-test help to enhance the knowledge of Canadian geography, government, history, economy, and citizen rights and responsibilities. Sample practice tests questions are also provided from attending the class.

• Where: Downtown Toronto & Harbourfront Centre area

• Why: Every summer from downtown to the lakeside, there are many activities suitable for families to participate in. We would like to invite new immigrant families to take active part in available activities through our city walking tour to get to know Toronto's hot spots, become familiar with the public transit system, make some new connections with people that they meet, and enjoy the city that they live in.

Why: This workshop is designed for clients to have a basic understanding of Sponsorship of Family-Class Members. The workshop will cover who can sponsor, who cannot sponsor, who can be sponsored, and the responsibilities of being the sponsor.
