Young Asian Canadian Singing Competition "Sing for Your Heart 2009", organized by the Canadian Multicultural Council (CMC). The objective is to encourage participation among young Asian Canadians in the celebration of Asian Heritage Month. The first place winner will receive a cash prize of $1,000 plus a trip to Asia. The dates are:

Open Audition: May 9, 2009
Open Competition: May 24, 2009
Pre-Final Competition: May 29, 2009
Final Competition: June 14, 2009
